it's day 19. 19 days since i quit smoking. i'm a quitter. and i hope to quit for good...

situation checklist
1. hang out with friends that smoke - check
2. play in a card game tournament - check
3. lepak in the mamak for more than 5 hours - check
4. play pool in a pool club - check
5. go clubbing (hardest chellenge) - check
6. watch movies at home on the pc - check
7. get really depressed - check

finished watching smallville season 3. am now attached to that show... damn you joe! also saw shaun of the dead...great movie!

my withdrawal symptoms are better... my fever has gone, my cough and flu slowing down... ah... it's 7 am... am now in barry's cybercafe... breakfast beckons... later...
